"Cultural Diet"
My culture diet isn’t as ‘healthy’ but, it is something I do
recognize and respect heartily. The culture aspect of things is not the
difficultness of distinguishing its history of how it is now. It’s more of
where it all began, and what it represents to the people. As this is expressed
in many ways, through art, clothing, language, religion, etc. I believe it is
all very important, even just being able to acknowledge it.
Today my cultural diet is more implemented through both worlds
of that virtue and reality. Technology today is really what I express as culture.
It is one of the many things I have had the experience to grow and advance
with. It is something that 'everyone' uses. (It all seemingly like tradition)
I have really come to a point of where it became a routine
of using my cell phone. From watching my favorite shows to being able to
connect with others. I don’t necessarily see it as a bad thing as many may observe
it to be. The importance of it all is to know how, and when to disconnect yourself
and engage.
